Cancellation Terms
24 hours or more notice:
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour, we will refund 50% of the booking fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
Weather & Safety Cancellations
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to poor weather or safety concerns, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
